On the road again...

As I am writing this I am sitting in the Prius and on the way south. We're passing hills of green, cows grazing, horses in pastures, oceans with waves crashing on the beaches, seagulls sparing above, and clouds suspended just above creating a picturesque moment. Oh this is what I love about being on the road again.

Yes I had to take a blogging break. I apologize for my lack of communication. School has been a drag, but it is nearing the end of my high school experience, which is both exciting and frightening and amazing all at the same time. So I'm hoping that I can keep you all updated on more these next few weeks.
My leg is doing so much better, I've started walking with the crutches some. Its amazing what doctors can do ow a days. It's still been a rough few weeks though. These crutches are getting old and frustrating. But I'm hoping that I'm getting there. I keep getting comments on how joyful I am through this situation but I just want to let you know that I have my low points, but I'm just trying to push through them. So thank you to everyone who has been there for me these past few weeks, it really means the world to me.

Well now it's Saturday morning and it's off for a family weekend in Carpinteria. Which is just the cutest little town just south of Santa Barbara, it's going to be a fun filled weekend of family randomness, food, shopping and just relaxing, a nice little get away from all the chaos back home. Plus it will be great to meet up with my step-brothers and hangout some. It has been absolutely beautiful now on the drive down, the rain has made the hills a fairy tale like color of green and the ocean a deep glassy blue. It reminds me how lucky I am to live is such a beautiful area.
So far we have played football on the beach (well I just sat and watched) and went to the famous burger stand "The Spot" and the candy shop. I'm loving this little get away.

I will update you soon with more of the family fun.

Hoe you all have a great weekend.
Xoxo
Much love
Sarah
