Would you like some entertainment this beautiful Saturday afternoon? How about a video of my brothers and sister and I publicly humiliating ourselves all over Youtube from a few years back? Yeah. Okay well today is your lucky day then. In case you are missing out on this fantastic video of our "Raise Your Glass" by P!nk music video, here it is.
Don't worry you can laugh.
We like making silly videos that people can laugh at and don't care about the whole humiliation part.
Hope you all have a fantastic Spring Day!

The Method to This Madness
So I was thinking last week, "Man I really should update my blog. I mean people are probably thinking that I'm dead or something by now". No? You know I'm alive? Oh good, that's such a relief.
But really sorry for the long extended break, I didn't meant to keep you all waiting for so long but I figured when I come back I better come with some great exciting news.
Oh you did just read the words great and exciting and news all together and you better believe I have some.
But for now I will keep you on the edge of your seats and make you read about my crippled leg before I give you better more exciting news. But I did go to physical therapy today, I would say that it was the time of my life but if I did it would be a lie. Although it wasn't bad it's not like I'm dying to go back or anything. But I can now walk on one crutch until I get the okay from the doctor to be full weight bearing. Yay! i got one of those nasty crutches away, for now anyways.
But honestly after 3 and a half months of just crutches I am sick of them. (Maybe I;ll give you guys an x ray timem line later this week?) My ultimate goal is to walk for Graduation which is on June 7th in about 9 weeks.
AHHH! It's so close! We're almost there!
Which brings me to my next order of buisness. The BIG News. The REALLY BIG NEWS.
As of September
I will be attending
So I am very happy with this decision. It was my number one school. I can not wait to be an Aggie next year and to experience this beautiful amazing school.
All the Bikes.
The Scenery
The Community
Okay let's all pretend that you didn't see that last one but really you can't deny this place. I could not imagine myself being in a better school and environment that here. Not to mention my sister will only be 20 minutes away at Sacramento State. Together we will conquer Northern California!
There are so many new adventures waiting for me there. New friends, new experiences, a new beginning. It's going to be one heck of a year, but don't worry, I'll keep you all filled in with these exciting times.
Can't wait until September when I can truly call this place home!
Hope you all have fantastic Spring Days! Go and enjoy some of that sunshine! (that is if it is not raining where you are)
I will update you soon. You never know when I get in the mood to just blog up a storm.

This place we call Home
Just a few pictures I took a few days ago with my daddy on the pier in Pismo Beach.
Since walking on the sand is a bit impossible for me at the moment, this was the next best thing.
There is no way anyone can not love this California winter we're having. It's gorgeous, warm and beautiful. Even though we could use the rain, I am completely satisfied with this gorgeous weather. If only I could do more to enjoy it, but hopefully I will be off these crutches soon.
Oh how I wish I could go out urging right now, I can't wait until I m able to go out again!
Seagulls are the menaces of the beach, but they do make for some cool pictures.
You've got to love this place we live in.
Xoxo
Much love

Oh life...
Why yes it has been ages since I have blogged. I can hear all your sighs of disgust and contempt already. I apologize.
I would go into a very detailed and long excuse as to why I have been so AWOL if I had a legitimate reason. But honestly I do not have one good reason.
I feel as if I go through mood swings with this whole blogging thing. It's kind of like those games on your iPhone or iPad. You love them and become obsessed for a little while and then you win all the power ups and it never gets opened again.
So here is an update for you from this last month.
I went back to the doctor agin, it was not the best of times. There was no healing that can be seen yet, so I have to wait more, then go back for another x-ray and check up in about two more weeks. Disappointing to say the least. After 2 and a half months I am more than ready to get rid of these darn crutches.
But there's not much I can do about the situation (which almost makes it more frustrating). So hopefully I will be all healed up and ready to walk very soon.
School is crazy busy. Yet I'm almost done! Just a couple more months and I will be an official high school graduate.
On that note it is just more waiting on colleges. So far I have gotten into Calpoly, Fresno State and Cal Lutheran and am waiting on the UC's. So by the end of this month I should have a decision made and ready to announce. My sister has successfully committed to Sacramento State University and I could not be more happy or proud of her.
I can not believe how fast this is all going by. Growing up is such a weird thing.
A little piece of advise: pay attention to the world around you, you don't want to miss anything, even those hard times because no matter how miserable you are in that one moment, you'll find that life will seem so much better when you have the great times.
Can't wait to tell you all of more times and decisions to come!

On the road again...
As I am writing this I am sitting in the Prius and on the way south. We're passing hills of green, cows grazing, horses in pastures, oceans with waves crashing on the beaches, seagulls sparing above, and clouds suspended just above creating a picturesque moment. Oh this is what I love about being on the road again.
Yes I had to take a blogging break. I apologize for my lack of communication. School has been a drag, but it is nearing the end of my high school experience, which is both exciting and frightening and amazing all at the same time. So I'm hoping that I can keep you all updated on more these next few weeks.
My leg is doing so much better, I've started walking with the crutches some. Its amazing what doctors can do ow a days. It's still been a rough few weeks though. These crutches are getting old and frustrating. But I'm hoping that I'm getting there. I keep getting comments on how joyful I am through this situation but I just want to let you know that I have my low points, but I'm just trying to push through them. So thank you to everyone who has been there for me these past few weeks, it really means the world to me.
Well now it's Saturday morning and it's off for a family weekend in Carpinteria. Which is just the cutest little town just south of Santa Barbara, it's going to be a fun filled weekend of family randomness, food, shopping and just relaxing, a nice little get away from all the chaos back home. Plus it will be great to meet up with my step-brothers and hangout some. It has been absolutely beautiful now on the drive down, the rain has made the hills a fairy tale like color of green and the ocean a deep glassy blue. It reminds me how lucky I am to live is such a beautiful area.
So far we have played football on the beach (well I just sat and watched) and went to the famous burger stand "The Spot" and the candy shop. I'm loving this little get away.
I will update you soon with more of the family fun.
Hoe you all have a great weekend.

Ranting...
Frustrated does not even begin to describe how I feel about the apple store. Those people just have problems. Today marks the 3rd time i have been in there this week, oh and did I mention I HAVE TO GO IN AGAIN! Seriously people? Why are you so dumb as to put the wrong name on the receipt when I specifically told you to put a different name down? I can not even stand the place right now. It also doesn't help that I am on crutches and have to hobble down to your store and then have to wait for half an hour to get any one to help me when I had called in ahead of time. I get that you're all fancy and cool with your iPhone but I hate your service.
I am never going to buy a Mac that's for sure, I am confidently happy now with my PC.
If I ever have to go in for help at the apple store, ever again I'm pretty sure I would scream.
But other than that, I am back in business. You see I accidentally dropped my old iPad, completely shattering the screen, not a good time. Luckily it is getting covered by the insurance from the credit card company(IF THE RIGHT NAME GETS PUT ON IT), so I had to go get a new one. Which ensued the multiple trips to the Apple Store. The first time I went up there I called and they said "oh yeah, come on up and we'll take care of it". So I get there and then they inform me that I would have to make an appointment and there wouldn't be one until 4 hours later, and I was not getting stuck in SLO on a farmers night on crutches... So I had to come back a few days later, with an appointment. They get everything checked out, erase everything from my old iPad and then realize that they are out of stock so I have to come back when the order gets in. Seriously?! So they call me and say that it is here, I come to pay and pick it up and I have to wait for half an hour for them to help me and they put the wrong name on the receipt forcing me to go back again because they can't seem to do it over the phone. All while getting exhausted on crutches.
Overall, I hate the Apple Store.
I love my iPad, but I hate The Apple Store.
Okay that's it for my rant.
Sorry no pictures for today, I'll get back on it tomorrow.
Luckily it is fantastic weather here on the central coast, I can't believe that it is like this in January. I am loving the 70 degrees of stunning weather. It's great, except for the fact that I can't even go for a walk, which really sucks. Hopefully it's less than 2 months left of these wretched crutches and broken leg.
Hope you all have a lovely day

Just a Brief Update....
Okay yes, it's true, I have been avoiding blogging all week. But in all honesty, it was not my week and what's the need for reliving a bad thing. So I didn't blog. Sorry.
But I am blogging now. Horray! and I can't say that I have had much of an interesting Friday evening, although the House marathons every Friday night, kind of make my week. There's just something about the overly sarcastic doctor and his team saving lives that makes your week. Yes I know I am a nerd, I am sitting at home watching House on my Friday night, but hey, I got a broken leg here, there's not much I can do.
Hopefully I can give you a full update and some philosophical thoughts later on this weekend.
Wishing you all a beautiful and safe rainy weekend. Hope you stay dry!
